About this event

SuperSax was a jazz group formed in the USA in 1972 to revive the bebop music of the greatest saxophonist in history, Charlie Parker. Today the 11 young musicians of the SuperSax Project rediscover the essence of the 1970s group, but incorporating new jazz content with performances of tunes by well-known composers such as Joshua Redman. At the Fringe Festival Torroella-Estartit, SuperSax Project will bring us their elegant, youthful sound which combines tradition and modernity.
