Luis Guevara is a guitarist of great talent and refined musical sensibility, one of the most promising young Chilean musicians active today. After studying guitar at the Arts Faculty of the University of Chile, he came to Europe on a grant from the Fundación Guitarra Viva to study for a Master in advanced classical and contemporary performance at the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMUC), directed by Àlex Garrobé. Guevara has been awarded several prizes in international competitions.
