Very much looking forward to returning to the Torroella de Montgrí Festival to renew contact with the audience, Joaquín Achúcarro has prepared a demanding programme with works by Brahms, the romantic virtuosity of Liszt, Rachmaninoff's preludes with their rich pianism, a veritable microcosm that introduces Ravel's Spanish vein, culminating the recital with the dark passion of Scriabin's études.
