Three of the most active and prominent musicians of the Barcelona scene, Marçal Perramon on the tenor saxophone, Camil Arcarazo on the guitar and Giuseppe Campisi on the double bass join forces with Jordi Rossy, drummer and vibraphonist. Rossy has contributed to putting Barcelona on the international radar for jazz and is one of the country’s most recognized, prominent and with the longest track record in the country. All four went into the recording studio to produce an album of original compositions and standards, titled Somewhere, released under the historic Barcelona-based label Fresh Sound New Talent. The project offers a personal blend of the aesthetics of major jazz icons with a contemporary perspective.
