In 2010, at the age of 25, Yulianna Avdeeva won the first prize at the prestigious International Chopin Piano Competition. Since then, thanks to her talent and musical sensitivity, she has become a world-renowned Chopin player. However, her repertoire is much broader, ranging from Bach to the great classics of the 20th century. In her debut at the Torroella de Montgrí Festival, Avdeeva presents a programme of romantic music, with works by Beethoven, Liszt and Chopin.
