About this event

The young Austrian pianist Ingolf Wunder impresses wherever he goes. He won second prize in the Chopin Competition in Warsaw in 2010, and with his secure technique and great musical sensibility, he has made the works of Chopin one of the mainstays of his recitals. In 2011 he signed an exclusive contract with Deutsche Grammophon, and his first disc with the label was of works by Chopin, the composer who together with Franz Liszt makes up the programme of Wunder’s first visit to the Torroella Festival.
